TopT accepts major credit cards, including MasterCard and Visa. Simply provide the following information:

Cardholder details

Expiry date of your card

CVV code (Last 3 or 4 digits on the back of the card)

An authentication 3D secure OTP will be sent to you. You'll be notified of the transaction's success.

Log in to your internet banking to pay the amount due. Use your reference number as follows:

Send proof of payment to sales@topt.co.za. Payments before 3 pm typically clear the next morning, except on weekends and public holidays. Payments after 3 pm take two working days to clear. You'll be notified when your payment clears, and your order is ready for dispatch.

What is 3D Secure:

3D Secure, mandated by Visa and Mastercard Associations, is managed by South African banks to enhance online transaction security. It requires a second level of authentication.

FNB:

Already registered: Proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts. An OTP will be sent to you.

Not registered: Log in to your FNB online banking, select "My Bank Accounts," then "My Cards," and click on "Activate Now" in the "Online Secure" column. Follow the prompts and enter the OTP sent via SMS or email.

ABSA cardholders no longer need to register/activate 3D Secure. Proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts. An OTP will be sent to you via SMS or email. For issues, visit Absa online or call (011) 354-4058.

Nedbank:

Nedbank cardholders no longer need to register/activate 3D Secure. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. Confirm your cellphone number for an Approve-it™ message. Authorize the transaction via options on your cellphone:

1 to accept the transaction and proceed with payment

9 to reject the transaction and cancel the payment

Standard Bank:

Standard Bank cardholders no longer need to register/activate 3D Secure. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. An OTP will be sent to you via SMS or email. For issues, visit Standard Bank online or call (0861) 201-311.

Investec:

If you are an Investec cardholder, use your credit card pin when prompted. For issues, call Investec on (011) 286-9663.

Capitec:

Already registered: Proceed to checkout, enter your memorized Secure Code password, and click “Submit.”
