Send proof of payment to [email protected]. Payments before 3 pm typically clear the next morning, except on weekends and public holidays. Payments after 3 pm take two working days to clear. You'll be notified when your payment clears, and your order is ready for dispatch.

What is 3D Secure:

3D Secure, mandated by Visa and Mastercard Associations, is managed by South African banks to enhance online transaction security. It requires a second level of authentication.

FNB:

Already registered: Proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts. An OTP will be sent to you.

Not registered: Log in to your FNB online banking, select "My Bank Accounts," then "My Cards," and click on "Activate Now" in the "Online Secure" column. Follow the prompts and enter the OTP sent via SMS or email.

Nedbank:

Nedbank cardholders no longer need to register/activate 3D Secure. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. Confirm your cellphone number for an Approve-it™ message. Authorize the transaction via options on your cellphone:

1 to accept the transaction and proceed with payment

9 to reject the transaction and cancel the payment

Capitec:
