Description

TUFF ACRYLIC GAMMA PLASTER is an affordable decorative solution crafted to provide enduring textured surfaces, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Preparation Essentials:
Gather essentials including a Paint Scraper, Crack Filler, Paint Brush, Paint Tray, Masking Tape, Sugar Soap, Sandpaper, Paint Roller, Drop Sheet, and Mutton Cloth.

Surface Prep:
Ensure surfaces are clean and dry.
Eliminate loose material or flaking paint using a Paint Scraper.
Fill cracks or holes with Crack Filler.
For previously painted surfaces, lightly sand and clean with Sugar Soap. Rinse thoroughly with water.
On highly porous surfaces (e.g., Gypsum Plaster, Rhino Board, Crete Stone, Brickwork, and Stonework), apply a coat of TUFF SURFACE PRIMER.

Application:
Mix plaster thoroughly; avoid diluting or thinning.
Apply with a firm steel trowel to a thickness of 2 - 4 mm.
Allow 10 minutes to cure before finishing with a plastic trowel and creating desired patterns.
Plaster one wall at a time for optimal finish.
Be cautious during application in extreme weather conditions as drying times may vary.

Cleaning:
Avoid cleaning plaster during the first week to prevent weakening of the paint.
Storage:
Seal container properly and store upright.
Keep in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.

Safety:
Keep paint away from children.
Ensure adequate ventilation during painting and drying.
If contact with skin occurs, wash immediately with soap and water.
In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
If swallowed, seek immediate medical help and do not induce vomiting.
